Bristow are proud to be supporting Phoenix Capital Partners on their Green Hotel Fund – GHF in the role as multi-disciplinary Project Manager, Cost Manager and Employers Agents on this Single Stage D&B Project.
Bristow are working with Tier 1 International hotel operator to refurbish an existing Hotel into 66 Serviced Apartments.
These apartments will include the latest enabling technologies, including Air-source Heat pumps, Photo voltaic and Intelligent BMS systems to monitor and control energy usage.
