Bristow Consulting have been appointed to deliver this Commercial Office to Hotel Conversion in Tower Hill.

Bristow are proud to be supporting Phoenix Capital Partners on their Green Hotel Fund – GHF in the role as multi-disciplinary Project Manager , Cost Manager and Employers Agents on this Single Stage D&B Project.

Bristow are working with Tier 1 International hotel operator to refurbish and re-purpose this exceptional building to provide a state of the art 300 key upper 4 Star Hotel, with Gym, retail and Conference facilities . Projected Completion Dec 2025.

Project has been stripped back to Shell & Core under a separately awarded Enabling works contract including the following interventions to the building.

  • (RC) Reinforced concrete slab and wall demolition to atrium and toilet cores from the ground to the 9th floor
  • Composite slab Infills ground to 9th floor.
  • New roof extension.
  • Riser and staircase formation ground to 9th floor.
  • Carbon fibre RC strengthening 3rd – 8th floor.
  • 470 tonnes of structural steelwork throughout the basement to the 9th floor, inclusive of a circa 125-tonne roof extension.
  • Temporary propping installation throughout the building.
