Built within the grounds of St Edward's School in Oxford, The North Wall is an arts centre that is designed as a space to be shared in a cultural capacity by both the public and the school itself. The building includes a flexible 300-seat theatre, a rehearsal space, a dance studio, and a visual art gallery.
The design also unites an ancient stone boundary wall, a Victorian Grade II listed former swimming pool and a completely new building to create a carefully scaled streetscape for the public realm and a new courtyard for the school.
