Having successfully delivered a new Science and Technology Centre for Sevenoaks School, we were engaged to reprise the same roles of Cost Management, Strategic Advisor, Procurement Management and Risk Management for a new luxurious boarding house, named Aisher House, for more than 60 students.
The two-storey building is constructed with Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), and contains pupil and staff accommodation, private study areas, a music room, breakout and social spaces, kitchen and dining facilities, a laundry and locker room. The boarding house achieved a BREEAM Rating of Excellent.
