Feasibility studies for multiple student accommodation schemes across the UK.

We were engaged to provide feasibility studies for four separate schemes, including Windsor Court in Cardiff, Lillian Pension Hall in Paddington, Francis Gardner Apartments in West Hampstead and Booth House in Whitechapel Road London. Each site, if acquired by the client, will be transformed into student accommodation to cater for local universities.

Windsor Court is the first of the proposed schemes, involving the redevelopment of an existing city centre department store with the retention of existing ground floor uses, and an upward extension to form additional floor space and a new roof, improving the building and respecting its existing context.
