Demolition of the existing Brighton Astoria to make way for a new residential building designed to accommodate 73 apartments ranging in size from individual studios to four-bedroom accommodation.

The development includes for a Community Space and Commercial Space at Ground floor level, accessed directly from the adjoining streets. Within the development there is a gymnasium and cinema facilities for the benefit of residents, and an additional guest room for the use of their occasional visitors.
