Bristow was appointed by The Guinness Partnership to support the delivery of a £15m new build residential mid-rise tower.

The scheme consists of 29 mixed tenure apartments located around a single central core. The ground floor houses all of the main mechanical and electrical plant along with the main lobby entrance. In addition to the new build aspect, a two-storey roof top extension to existing Mansion Blocks located adjacent to the site, provides eight new social housing units.

The plot is adjacent to Hammersmith Flyover and railway and is located on a very constrained site resulting in numerous logistical challenges.
