Leighton Park School

The masterplan is intended as a framework for development which will guide the evolution of the Leighton Park School estate over the next 30 years.

The projects and strategies proposed will help guide a sequential programme of demolition, refurbishment and new build that responds to the needs of the school.

Consultation with key stakeholders was an integral part of the masterplan process. Further consultation and communication with these stakeholders, as well as engagement with the wider community and relevant statutory bodies, will be critical to inform and ensure the success of the proposals as they move forward.

Bristow was engaged as Cost Manager to review the framework and develop the overall budget for the masterplan.
