Regent's Park Open Air Theatre Phase 2

The second phase of an award-winning open-air theatre reconfiguration and extension for one of London’s iconic landmarks.

Phase 2 of the Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre project created new administration offices, back of house facilities, a new box office and entrance building, all built from prefabricated Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) panels.

The works also involved an extension of the old workshop building, a new covered storage area and a seated canopy, as well as external landscaping.

The use of prefabricated timber panels allowed for clean, fast construction under significant time constraints, and low carbon use.
