Dorrington Estates

Bristow was appointed to review the capital works associated with the complex refurbishment, reconfiguration and new build works across a portfolio of 6 buildings to provide a new rental offering for Dorrington.

Based on a number of long term tenancies within each building, the works were to be delivered over a number of phases and consisted of the complete renewal of all mechanical and electrical plant, replacement of internal finishes and fittings, replacement of external windows and refurbishment to the facades. All building plots also contained elements of new build works ranging from new lift cores to infill development and extensions.
